Tickets go on sale September 14 and are available online only through October 23, or until sold out. Tickets are $15 and non-refundable. Children under 12 are free.

A very limited number of tickets may be available at the door for cash only. The only way to guarantee your spot is to purchase in advance.

Each time slot includes three staggered start times spaced 10 minutes apart:

• 6:00 slot: departures at 6:00, 6:10, or 6:20

• 6:30 slot: departures at 6:30, 6:40, or 6:50

• And so on for each time slot

Free parking is available at Bath County High School, where the tour begins. There is no parking in Warm Springs Village during the event. Plan to arrive at the High School at least 30 minutes before your ticketed time slot.

Upon arrival, visit the check-in table in the High School parking lot and show your electronic or printed confirmation to receive a colored wristband. Shuttles run continuously from the High School to the Warm Springs Post Office — where the walk begins — starting at 5:30pm and returning until 9:15pm.

If your group wants time slot that is full, purchase as many as are available at that time, then purchase the remainder on the next time slot. We will work hard to see that you grow stays together.

The walking tour lasts approximately 60 minutes and begins at the Post Office and ends at the Cider Park at the Courthouse.  After a bit of warm cider, make your way back down the hill to the Warm Springs Post Office where you will catch the shuttle back to the High School.

Wear comfortable shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. Costumes are welcome — keep them family friendly. Rain or shine, the show will go on.

Cameras welcome — please be respectful of actors, fellow guests, and homeowners. Homes are private property and not open to the public. Please, no flash photography. The ghosts really do not like it.
